By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Fire Studio grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the App in any way
- Reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract its source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Weather Data Disclaimer
Weather forecast data is provided by Apple WeatherKit for informational purposes only. Weather conditions can change at any time. Fire Studio makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the weather data, and is not liable for any loss resulting from reliance on such data.
Please use your own judgment and consult additional sources before making decisions, especially in severe weather or emergencies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fire Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple WeatherKit and Apple MapKit. For their terms, please refer to Apple's Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fire Studio operates, to the extent applicable.
